Position Overview

Rank Monsters is seeking Google Ad Specialists to join our team and oversee our Google Ad Grants campaigns for our current and expanding customer base. Rank Monsters specializes in Google Ad Grants Management, serving 501(c)(3) nonprofits globally. As one of just 46 Google-certified ad grant agencies worldwide, Rank Monsters helps nonprofits qualify for and obtain the $10,000 monthly grant to spend on Google Ads.

A Google Ad Grants Specialist is responsible for crafting PPC strategies tailored to each customer’s goals, as well as building and managing Google Ad campaigns.

This position involves remote work. We are in the process of setting up a new office space in McLoud, Oklahoma, and will invite full-time employees to work from the new space at least one day per week. Our standard office hours are from 9 am to 4 pm CST. Your success will be measured by your ability to complete job tasks and meet weekly KPIs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding: You will be meeting with new customers to ensure we have access to all necessary accounts (Analytics, Tag Manager, Website). During this process, you will also learn more about their organization and goals with Google Ads to handle the initial structure of their campaign.

2. Applying for Google Ad Grants: Complete the necessary steps to apply for Google Ad Grants on behalf of the nonprofit.

3. Google Ad Account Creation: You will be responsible for the initial setup and configuration of Google Ad accounts. This includes:

  • Reviewing the customer’s website to develop a strategy for a successful ad campaign, which involves:
  • Identifying existing conversions that need to be tracked and determining new conversions required for campaign success.
  • Analyzing the customer’s website to structure the ad campaign effectively. This includes identifying landing pages suitable for creating different ad groups specific to target keywords.
  • Conducting keyword research based on the website content.
  • Crafting compelling ad copy to maximize click-through rates.

4. Managing 10-20 accounts on a weekly basis.

5. Attending meetings with customers as required to review Ad Grants campaigns. These meetings will primarily focus on training and transitioning the account to the customer. Quarterly, you will meet with the accounts you manage to review their campaigns and identify areas for improvement to enhance results.
