Rank Monsters specializes in Google Ad Grants Management, serving 501(c)(3) nonprofits globally. As one of just 46 Google-certified ad grant agencies worldwide, Rank Monsters helps nonprofits qualify for and obtain the $10,000 monthly grant to spend on Google Ads.

Position Overview

Rank Monsters is seeking Lead Generators to join our team to help expand our customer base. You will be calling nonprofit organizations to invite them to our upcoming workshops. We host a monthly workshop educating nonprofits about Google Ad Grants and how to use it to further their mission. Each workshop is tailored to a specific niche and features one of our current customers as a guest speaker. Training and call scripts will be provided, and we will also work with you weekly to enhance your process and success.

This position involves remote work. We are in the process of setting up a new office space in McLoud, Oklahoma, and will invite full-time employees to work from the new space at least one day per week. Our standard office hours are from 9 am to 4 pm CST. Your success will be measured by your ability to complete job tasks and meet weekly KPIs.

Job Overview

1. Cold-Call Outreach: Make a minimum of 100 calls to potential customers per day (at least 500 per week).
   • The objective of cold calling is to establish relationships with potential new customers. You will use Guidestar-sourced lists and Google to compile your outreach list. The calls will be straightforward; you’ll be inviting them to our upcoming free workshop to learn more about Google Ad Grants.
   • Many nonprofits are unaware of the grant, so the interest level will be high. The grant is free, and they can apply for it independently. Our workshops are highly informative and beneficial should they decide to apply on their own. Additionally, numerous nonprofits already have Ad Grants and may have questions. Our interest and response rates are typically high, and our calls are generally well-received. You will encounter little to no negativity. The services we offer, including our free services, are greatly beneficial to nonprofit organizations. We need your assistance in spreading the message.
2. Emails: Your goal is to send a minimum of 100 emails per week following your calls. Collect names and emails during calls to send workshop invitations. Your objective is to obtain their email address and send them an email invitation, including a link to schedule a meeting with an Account Manager.
3. Reporting: Maintain records of leads using Google Sheets or other CRM software.

Experience Requested

• Remote working setup already established.
• A genuine passion for collaborating with nonprofits and aiding them in maximizing their impact through internet marketing.

Not required but valued:

• Prior experience in internet marketing sales or account management.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and internet marketing.
