Business Development Representative
We are looking for BDRs to qualify prospects and engage with Nonprofits. BDRs will report to and assist Marketing and Sales in identifying prospective clients and carrying out initial contact.
- Performing phone sales and making sales calls. Note that this is not a typical cold-call sales position: We enjoy very high response rates and follow-up rates from initial contact.
- Prospecting new clients online and recording lead details in Salesforce.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager and Executive Manager.
- Some sales experience preferred. Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience in over-the-phone sales and cold calling.
- Technology sales and/or call center sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of Google products is a plus, including:
- Gmail (G-Suites)
- Google Drive
- Google Adwords
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
- A passion for working with nonprofits is a plus.

Compensation: 12+ hour (based on experience), recurring commission, benefits (for full-time employees)
