We’re Hiring

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Our main focus is helping nonprofit organizations access and manage special grants that allow them to advertise online. To that end, we are seeking someone who is comfortable with technology and who can perform initial outreach to potential clients that may not be aware of our services or offerings. The job will also put you at the head of our Sales team, meaning you need to be professional, accountable and a good manager of time and personnel.

Job Duties:

  • Calling new clients and leads, up to 40+ per day, to explain to them our services and the potential benefits of working with Rank Monsters. Note that this is not a typical cold-call sales position: We speak to the vast majority of leads we call on and have very strong response rates.
  • Following up with prospective clients via phone and email.
  • Managing a small team of lead generators to help find new sales opportunities.
  • Recording leads, contacts, and tasks in Salesforce.
  • Creating and executing strategies and designating goals and targets for business sales.
  • Attending occasional sales conferences and trade shows.

Experience:

  • Technology sales and/or call center sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Google products is required:
    • Gmail (G-Suites)
    • Google Drive
    • Google Adwords
    • YouTube
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basics of Internet Marketing (i.e. SEO, SEM, Social Media Advertising) is required.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience managing a team of 1 to 5 other sales members is a plus.
  • A passion for working with nonprofits is a plus.

We are looking for Lead Generators to fill positions on our sales team. Lead Generators will report to and assist the Sales Manager in identifying prospective clients and carrying out initial contact.

Job Duties:

  • Performing phone sales and making sales calls. Note that this is not a typical cold-call sales position: We enjoy very high response rates and follow-up rates from initial contact.
  • Prospecting new clients online and recording lead details in Salesforce.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager and Executive Manager.

Experience:

    • Some sales experience preferred. Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience in over-the-phone sales and cold calling.
    • Technology sales and/or call center sales experience is a plus.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Google products is a plus, including:
      • Gmail (G-Suites)
      • Google Drive
      • Google Adwords
      • YouTube
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • A passion for working with nonprofits is a plus.
